Our luxurious spa in the historic centre of Amsterdam offers a variety of treatments. We work with high quality products that are as gentle as possible on people and nature, and with the best trained beauticians and masseurs. Because every skin is different, our treatments are personally formulated and adapted to your wishes, needs and lifestyle. They are suitable for normal skin, for every problem skin, for young and old, for women and men.

ENJOY

In combination with a treatment you can enjoy our lovely swimming pool with jacuzzi overlooking the Amstel river and our saunas and fitness room. Relax with a delicious glass of champagne or a delicious lunch on our unique loggia on the Amstel.

Make free use of our facilities when spending € 100,- on treatments. Without treatment you pay € 45,- for a day of spa.

Our pool, sauna’s and gym are open again. Due to the Covid measure it is necesary to make a reservation. You can make a reservation for one hour maiximum.

Opening hours

Monday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
(Due to Covid-19 measure, we are temporarily closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Our pool, sauna’s and gym are closed temporarely as well).

Health

If you have any problems with your health, or if you have an allergy that may affect the treatment, please let us know at the time of booking.

Appointment

We greatly appreciate it if you are present at least 10 minutes before the agreed time. If you are late for a treatment, we are forced to shorten the treatment. There is no refund for the missed time.

Booking

Skins Institute works by appointment only. Reservations can be made, preferably by telephone, on +31 20 53 11 68 0 or by e-mail Skinsinstitute@deleurope.com.

To make a reservation we ask for your name, mobile phone number and credit card details (the latter due to our cancellation policy).

Cancel

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, this is possible free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
In the event of a cancellation within these 24 hours we will charge 100% of the reserved treatment.

Payments

Treatments can be paid for at the spa reception by debit card, credit card or cash.

Day guests

You are of course also welcome if you are not staying at Hotel De L’Europe. Changing rooms and lockers are available. Use of bathrobe, slippers and towels are included in the price.
